These are the outcomes that students acquire through this program: the outcomes (common to all UPV graduates), and the general and specific outcomes of the program, here called "fundamental".

UPV generic Where is evaluated?
Social and environmental commitment
To act with ethics and professional responsibility in the face of social, environmental and economic challenges, taking democratic principles and values and the Sustainable Development Goals as a reference.
Innovation and creativity
Propose creative and innovative solutions to complex situations or problems, specific to the field of knowledge, in order to meet diverse professional and social needs.
Teamwork and leadership
Collaborate effectively in work teams, assuming responsibilities and leadership roles and contributing to collective improvement and development.
Effective communication
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, adapting to the characteristics of the situation and the audience.
Responsibility and decision-making
Act autonomously in learning, making informed decisions in different contexts, making judgements based on experimentation and analysis and transferring knowledge to new situations.

Fundamental
Ability to create interior designs that meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.
Adequate knowledge of the history and theories of interior design, as well as related arts, technologies and human sciences.
Knowledge of fine arts as a factor that can influence the quality of architectural interior design conception
Adequate knowledge of materials, their arrangement, bonding, durability and capabilities
Ability to understand the relationships between people and spaces and between these and their environment, as well as the need to relate the spaces located between them according to human needs and scale.
Ability to understand the interior design profession and its role in society, in particular, developing designs that take into account social factors.
Knowledge of interior design research and preparation methods
Approach to the understanding of the problems of structural design, construction and technical aspects related to interior spaces.
Adequate knowledge of the physical problems and of the different technologies, as well as of the function of the spaces, so as to provide them with internal conditions of comfort and protection from climatic factors.
Design capacity necessary to meet the requirements of the users of the space, while respecting the limits imposed by budgetary factors and building regulations.
Adequate knowledge of industries, organizations, regulations and procedures for the design of interior spaces.
Ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, linear algebra, geometry and calculus to support the execution of interior design
Understand the basic concepts of the general laws of statics, mechanics, fields and waves (acoustics), circuits, networks and optics for their application in the context of interior design.
Ability to experiment with systems and materials to understand the functioning of the elements involved in interior design
Understand and apply the physical (and chemical) laws governing the interaction between energy and matter to assess the environmental impacts associated with the development of interior design
Selecting and using materials, technologies and manufacturing processes in the process of developing interior designs
Recognize the principles of the organization of forms and visual perception systems for the graphic representation of the environment and context.
Show ability in the representation and interpretation of shapes, volumes and spaces.
Use drawing and computer technologies as a tool to adequately communicate a design.
Experiment with visual expression techniques and different communication media.
Analyze the contemporaneity of design from a cultural studies perspective.
To know the anthropological, sociological and technical conceptual bases to analyze and critically evaluate the relationship between user and environment in order to identify new needs.
To understand the globality of interior design, integrating creative, conceptual, cultural, formal, economic, technological and environmental aspects, by means of methodologies and procedures
Conceive and implement formal, communicative and technological solutions to solve interior space development problems.
To know the conceptual and practical aspects of design management understood as an axis of development of the business activity.
Manage innovation processes by being able to organize resources to generate new ideas.
Ability to design open spaces and interior landscapes that meet aesthetic, functional and technical requirements, based on sustainability criteria
