Business and Technology University (BTU) is pleased to invite you to the 6th International Staff Week, taking place on October 20–24, 2025, in the vibrant city of Tbilisi, Georgia.
With the theme “Fostering Alliances through Innovation and Exchange,” this year’s event brings together higher education professionals from across Europe to connect, collaborate, and explore forward-thinking approaches in academia. The Staff Week offers a dynamic mix of keynote speeches, interactive workshops, networking sessions, and cultural activities, all designed to promote meaningful dialogue and long-term cooperation.
The agenda will focus on topics such as internationalization, future technologies, institutional innovation, and inclusive education, with a strong emphasis on practical collaboration and joint project development. Participants will also enjoy VR experiences, thematic discussions, a Georgian language crash course, and excursions to cultural heritage sites.
We welcome applications from university staff committed to shaping the future of higher education through innovation and partnership.

• Working language: English
• Maximum participants: 30 (max. 2 per institution)
